The workhorse of Surat. As a water jet loom dealer we supply these direct, so the water jet loom price you are quoted is the landed cost. Water carries the weft across the shed, so filament yarn runs clean at high speed with very few stoppages. If you are weaving grey polyester or nylon by the tonne, this is the machine that pays for itself.

Compressed air throws the weft instead of water, so this weaving machine runs the spun and staple yarn a water jet will not take. Wider widths, cleaner shed, and the fabric range to move up into cotton, denim and shirting.

    Your fabric, your shed

    Before a single quote goes out we ask what you weave, what count, what width, and what your shed can physically take. The wrong reed width is an expensive mistake to discover after landing.

    Direct from the manufacturer

    Straight from the factory floor

    We are HYX’s authorised representative for Gujarat, so we buy from the manufacturer rather than through a chain of middlemen. Fewer hands on the deal means a straighter price and a machine whose history we can actually vouch for.

    No customs headache

    Documentation, duty, inspection and port clearance are handled by us. You are not chasing a clearing agent and you are not learning import paperwork on your own time.

    Delivered anywhere in India, then set up on your floor: levelling, wiring, water or air lines, and the first warp loaded. We do not hand over a crate and leave.

What buyers ask before they order.

What is the difference between an air jet loom and a water jet loom?
A water jet loom inserts the weft with a jet of high-pressure water, which suits hydrophobic filament yarn — polyester, nylon and their blends — and runs it fast with few breaks. An air jet loom uses compressed air instead, so it handles cotton, denim, shirting and spun staple that water would ruin, and it reaches wider reed widths. Water jet is cheaper to buy and to run; air jet opens up the fabrics that earn more per metre.
What is the water jet loom price or air jet loom price in India?
There is no single loom price. It moves with reed width, shedding type, nozzle count, and with duty and the exchange rate at the time of order. Because machines are sourced to order we quote a landed cost — delivered, customs cleared and installed — rather than an ex-works number that grows on the way to your floor. Send your fabric, reed width and quantity and you will have a price.
Can a water jet loom weave cotton?
No. Cotton and spun staple yarns absorb water, which causes breaks and poor fabric. Water jet is for hydrophobic filament only. For cotton, denim or shirting you want an air jet loom.
What reed width should I choose?
Reed width is decided by the fabric you intend to weave and by what your shed can physically take, not by budget. Water jet is available from about 150 to 360 cm and air jet from about 190 to 390 cm. We ask what you weave and what your floor allows before quoting, because the wrong reed width is an expensive thing to discover after the machine lands.
What machines does Mahadev Impex supply?
As a textile machinery importer and loom dealer we supply Air Jet and Water Jet weaving looms, plus the loom spare parts that keep them running — nozzles, reeds, heald frames, pumps, valves, belts, drive cards and sensors. Water jet suits polyester and nylon filament; air jet takes cotton, denim, shirting and spun yarn.
Do you handle customs and clearance?

Do you install the machine and support it afterwards?

We are the official HYX (Huayuxing) representative for Gujarat, authorised by the manufacturer for marketing, sales, installation and all after-sales support.
Do you supply spare parts for looms bought from someone else?
Yes. Tell us the machine make, model and reed width and we will confirm what fits — it helps to have the machine nameplate to hand. Fast-moving consumables such as nozzles and reeds are the items we hold in stock.
Where are you located and do you deliver outside Gujarat?
The workshop and office are at Plot No. 15, Block No. 36, Anjani Industrial Estate, V-4 C/3, Bharthana, Kosad, Surat, Gujarat 394107. Machines are delivered to mills across India.
